Free Printable Vintage Postcard Table Numbers
These table numbers are designed to look like old vintage postcards, which suits rustic, vintage and travel-themed weddings. There are three versions. Pick the one you like, click Customize to type your table number and names, then print at home.
1. Table number with names and date
This version shows the table number, the names of the bride and groom, and the wedding date.
2. Table number with a list of guests
This version also lists the guests seated at the table, so it doubles as a seating chart. The template has room for 8 names.
- Fewer guests: click the name you don’t need, then click the X in the top right corner to delete it.
- More guests: click the A to add more text, then move the new names to the bottom of the list.
3. Table number with a photo
This version adds a photo of the bride and groom. Upload your own picture in the label maker.
How to make the table numbers
- Choose a version and click Customize.
- Type the table number, names and date, and upload a photo if you chose that version.
- Print one card for each table on heavy cardstock or photo paper.
- Trim the edges and stand each card in a frame, a table number holder or a small easel.
Tips
- Make a list first. Write out every table number and guest name in a spreadsheet so you can copy them in quickly and nothing gets missed.
- Print one test card on plain paper to check spelling and sizing before printing the full set.
- Kraft or cream cardstock adds to the old postcard look.
- Print a spare or two in case of last-minute seating changes.
